Assessment and Certification of Laparoscopic Psychomotor Skills with LASTT Method
Course description
The course is based on the method for the training in, and the testing of, laparoscopic psychomotor skills of individual professionals. For the first time, the training of the psychomotor skills is separated from the surgical skills, each subject to a different set of criteria. The method can be used by any university or educational institution as a selection criterion prior to the commencement of the training cycle in the operating room.
Based on scientific research conducted by +he Academy, five specific exercises have been developed and validated. These exercises include the important psychomotor handling and coordination requirements needed in a laparoscopic clinical application.

Certification
At the end of the workshop, each participant receives an official certificate of +he Academy.
