Workshop on Modern Hysteroscopy

Course description

The remarkable progression of hysteroscopic techniques and instruments has inspired the experts of +he European Academy to redesign a 3 days intensive course with major attention to the hands on training and Live surgical demonstrations.

The limited number of 2 participants per training station and the established experience of the program coordinator and his team of instructors guarantee the most efficient learing effect. Special attention is given to nez technologies and its application spectrum.

 

Short Agenda Information

Day 1:  Diagnostic hysteroscopy

Day 2:  Mechanical operative hysteroscopy
Day 3:  Bipolar resectoscopy

Objectives

  • Perform an ambulatory diagnostic-operative hysteroscopy
  • Be familiar with new indications for the operative hysteroscopy like the exploration of the sub enometrial myometrium with the TROPHY resectoscope
  • The participants should be able to start with major uterine surgery like Typ I and II myoma resection with the bipolar resectoscope or the Shaver system

Target audience

All Gynaecologists with special interest in hysteroscopy. At least experience of more than 50 diagnostic and 20 operative procedures
