Transvaginal Laparoscopy Course
Course description
This 1.5 day intensive course will focus on possiblities and limitations of transvaginal hydrolaparascopy (fertiloscopy).
Through lectures, live surgical demonstrations and hands on training the individual is introduced in the use and application of the instruments, the diagnostic and operative possibilities.
Special attention will be gien to the indications and contra indications, the risks, complications, patient compliance and future perspectives and indications.
Objectives
- Know the diagnostic and operative possibilities & limitations of the procedure
- Introduce instruments transvaginally in a safe way
- Perform a diagnostic hydrolaparosopy of the female pelvis in a correct way
- Distinguish indications and contra-indications
- Take risks and complications into account
- Perform basic operations (grasping, cutting, drilling, coagulating)

Reproductive surgeons in particular and gyneacological endoscopists in general
